Daniel (formerly HelloWorld82) in his recent comment has contributed a freshly written ant build script for Jcrpg! Many thanks for it! Now people without Eclipse, using the ant tool can easily compile classes and run Jcrpg with this script. It is already in the SVN repository, so check out if interested!
